I was surprised with how good it worked. I'm always unsure when supplements say they will boost your focus and I never know if it can actually be trusted. I looked them up online and found that they are a family business and have a lot of information about what this and other of the their products contain. I decided to try this out and I noticed immediately that I had more "pep in my step" as some may call it. Within a couple of hours of taking it I had more focus and energy to get my tasks done at work. I found taking this earlier in the day is much better than later. I took them around dinner one day and I had a hard time falling asleep when I went to bed. The pills are a little bigger than average size that I'm used to taking. The taste isn't bad at all.
